Last month I joined Weight Watchers again. Last time I didn’t join for too long, but I did lose a bit of weight. Then I had Aidan. I was 235 or there abouts at my heaviest pregnancy weight. I wasn’t too concerned and in the week after I had Aidan, a combination of breast feeding and no sleep plummeted my weight by 35, or 40lbs. I was able to keep my weight pretty steady until I stopped breastfeeding, then the pounds started to slowly seep back on. So I made the decision to do something for me; I went back to W.W. I am still not sure how committed I am except that I am going back to the gym as well. I guess that says it as well. I have to do this.
I have a few goals and I thought I might as well state them here for all to see and keep me honest. (Well, I am not going to worry as much when I am vacation, but still I don’t want to go overboard.) Goal number one: lose 25 lbs by Christmas. Which means I have 20 or so to go. Not so bad. (As soon as I lose 15 I am giving myself a present of some Lululemon yoga pants.) Goal number two: go to the gym at least three times a week. Goal number three: ultimate weight goal of 165 lbs. All goals I think I can realistically achieve with some work. Now all I have to do is stop craving all that junk food. ðŸ™‚
