Back after a week of fly by the seat of my pants meals. I know that Anthony missed the menu plan because he actually commented that he couldn’t look at the menu and know what should be for dinner that night. I actually did pretty well and I only asked him twice on msn what he wanted for dinner. 🙂 So on to the menu.
Monday: Beef and vegetable Kabobs with Basmati Rice
Tuesday: Lasagne, salad, bread
Wednesday: BBQ Chicken, Buns, Veggies
Friday: Scallops, Cod, and maybe some French Fries
Saturday: Picnic Supper
Sunday: Slow-cooked roast beast

Hi Baby. I must admit that I looked several times last week to see what you were planning. I don’t know why as it makes no differnce to me. By the way I made an amazing oriental salad with the new spritzer salad dressings. No more soggy salad. I used sesame sticks instead of crispy noodles so that added a nice bit of flavour.
