It has been a long time since I have done any meal planning. We are back from a month in Nova Scotia, and I really need to do some planning to keep this week going. We will see on Friday how much weight I have gained in NS. I know that it is not a big deal since before this I didn’t gain any weight this pregnancy, but I am thinking that I may need to be a little healthier in my eating for the next few months. Maybe cut back on the sweets. :) It is in this vein that I am planning this weeks meals.
Monday: Steak, Baked potatoes, Corn and Cauliflower
Tuesday: Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad
Wednesday: Chicken Kabobs with Tandoori Marinade, Basmati rice
Thursday: Tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and sour cream
Friday: Baked Fish, mashed potatoes, Broccoli
Saturday: Girl Guide Year end BBQ
As we are back in Vancouver lunches will be simple with at least one trip out for sushi. Yum! Snacks will be fruit, berries, and watermelon.
