Menu Plan Monday



Ok, I am very late posting this, but I did actually plan on Sunday and went grocery shopping today after I had planned my menu. 🙂

Monday: Ham, potatoes, vegetables.

Tuesday: Waffles, Leftover Ham

Wednesday: Slow-cooked Hamburger Supper, Salad

Thursday: Slow-cooker Chicken of Some Kind. I am thinking Zesty BBQ Chicken.

Friday: Fish (I need a good recipe.)

Saturday: Beef Kabobs with Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms and Rice

Sunday: Slow Cooked Roast with Vegetables

I really think I am beginning to get the hang of this menu planning thing. 🙂 I only missed 1 meal last week and the others I only switched around a bit. Thanks Again to Laura for hosting.
