Maybe if we didn’t put so much pressure on bodies to be someone’s version of perfect we would all be healthier.

Society, all talk about having to lose weight, or commenting on other people’s weight is hurting our kids. It is the reason preteens diet.

Just had to talk to my son’s teacher because some kids are calling him fat. It hurts my heart so much.
