This December I was part of a Christmas swap with a number of bloggers across North America. It was organized by the about to pop Much More Than a Mom (thanks Nicole.) I sent a package to Chelle of Crazy Thoughts, and I was sent a package from Damselfly of Growing a Life.
I found out yesterday that the package I sent got there and was appreciated. I was a little worried because it is hard to find things for someone you only know from a blog. I think I did ok. It was an eclectic mix to make her move a little easier. It was a little funny to me that Chelle was moving from New Mexico to Halifax, my home town. I hope that despite the snow the move will bring her family a lot of joy.
Just a few minutes ago I got the package from Damselfly. It is beautiful and a recipe for relaxation wrapped up in a red knitted purse. Thank you! I can’t wait to try it out. I will have to wrestle it from Aidan though. He liked the purse and immediately started marching around with it saying “Aidan’s purse Mommy!” Kids and bags, they have good taste.
