		<description>I can see why you are having a tough time with your decision. I can only say that for me having a bedroom for each child is so huge. I often wonder how kids ever share rooms - don&#039;t get me wrong I know they can and do, it&#039;s always just so surprising to me when it works out. We live in a house so I have become used to the luxury of space (both in the house and in the yard). Although I sometimes wish we could live closer to town the house space was a sacrifice we were willing to do and I don&#039;t think I could ever go back to something smaller. Good luck on your decision.
