Menu Plan Monday
So this week was better than last. The only day we missed was Wednesday. I wasn’t feeling well so we improvised. I liked the skillet chicken but it does need a bit of spice. I am guessing that since we moved to Vancouver, Anthony and I have changed our pallet somewhat. This week will be very fluid and really depends on how we are feeling and the amount of turkey we are willing to eat.
Monday: Hot Turkey sandwiches, French fries, Veggies. Make the stock for the turkey soup.
Tuesday: Turkey Soup, sandwiches.
Wednesday: Hamburgers, salad
Thursday: Lasagne (frozen leftover from last week.)
Friday: Anthony’s B-day Dinner/ Theatre Tickets (Pasta for Aidan)
Saturday: Ham, Scalloped Potatoes, Brocolli
Sunday: Catch as Catch Can
